Just a few house rules to ensure a tidy and pleasant stay for all guests. We want you to feel at home, so please treat the accommodation as if it were your own. We kindly ask you to observe these rules:

1. Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning services will be liable for all resulting costs and expenses.

2. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies or in common areas (e.g., hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will incur a fee of at least €300 plus the costs for special cleaning and damage repairs.

3. Guests exceeding the number specified in the reservation are not allowed. We have insurance for the people who book. We charge €50 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.

4. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Violations of our pet policy may incur a separate cleaning fee (at least €100). Guests with assistance animals are asked to contact us prior to their stay.

5. Guests are responsible and liable for the costs of replacing lost keys and remote controls.

6. Noise level monitoring systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.

7. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damages or losses in the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damages to our customer service.

8. No drugs, either inside or outside the building. In case of violation, we will immediately cancel your booking, and you will have to pay a fine of €200 as well as the costs for any damages.
